    該機變頻調速進料適用于不同尺寸和厚度的平板石材直邊和45度負角磨削，粗精磨拋光一次完成。拋光后的平面接近于石材母體的光潔程度，調整不同加工厚度時，可參考前梁上數(shù)顯表進行調整，具有結構先進，操作方便，同一厚度可連續(xù)工等優(yōu)點，是石材深加工必備的加工設備。機械的改進是提高廠家競爭力的有力途徑，也符合現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展需求。

     本產(chǎn)品是我司新研發(fā)的又一代經(jīng)濟實用的產(chǎn)品，為廣大客戶解決了磨邊拋光成本高，品質難以提升的一大難題，新一代產(chǎn)品加工速度是原來加工方式的5倍左右。

    異形石材磨邊拋光機的主要功能：可加工圓弧邊、鴨嘴邊，法國邊，各種造型窗臺邊、樓梯子（磨邊拋光和開防滑槽一起同加工）等各種工藝。

1、石材磨邊機使用前應檢查電源電壓應在額定值的10％以內，接通電源前，開關應處于斷開狀態(tài)。

2、使用石材磨邊機前仔細檢查，切割片是否有裂紋或損傷，如有請立即更換。

3、檢查切片進入工作狀態(tài)，不摩擦底版后才能開始切割作業(yè)。

4、工作進給要求平穩(wěn)不得用力過猛，如鋸片轉速急劇下降時應減少進給力，以防止過載損壞機器。

5、嚴禁拆除防護罩進行切割。

6、鋸片冷卻水源為自來水，使用前將水管接通自來水龍頭，出水量合適為宜。
