離心泵

1、離心泵的工作原理

水泵開動前，先將泵和進(jìn)水管灌滿水，水泵運轉(zhuǎn)后，在葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下，葉輪流道里的水被甩向四周，壓入蝸殼，葉輪入口形成真空，水池的水在外界大氣壓力下沿吸水管被吸入補(bǔ)充了這個空間。深井潛水泵首先看一下水泵此時運行的電流和平常運行時候的電流差別有多大。繼而吸入的水又被葉輪甩出經(jīng)蝸殼而進(jìn)入出水管。由此可見，若離心泵葉輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)，則可連續(xù)吸水、壓水，水便可源源不斷地從低處揚到高處或遠(yuǎn)方。綜上所述，離心泵是由于在葉輪的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下，將水提向高處的，故稱離心泵。
