混流泵

混流泵，兼有離心泵和軸流泵優(yōu)點，結構簡單，區(qū)寬，使用方便，適用于平原圩區(qū)農(nóng)田排灌泵站。磁懸浮潛水電泵是新一代潛水電泵，它實現(xiàn)了立軸磁懸浮(在不同工況下保持高效率)、不磨損，使用時間及檢修周期延長數(shù)倍，省去頻繁的定期檢修工作，可連續(xù)運轉數(shù)萬小時，節(jié)省維修、檢修費用。中國研制的混流泵中，蝸殼式的揚程5～12m，流量900～4000m3/h；導葉式的揚程 3～25.7m，流量45～20160m3/h。葉輪直徑5.7m，流量80～100m3/s，揚程 6～12m，轉速75r/min， 效率92.1％，配套功率7000kW,是世界上投入運行的大型混流泵之一。

首先應檢查電源供電情況：接頭連接是否牢靠；開關接觸是否緊密；保險絲是否熔斷；三相供電的是否缺相等。3、當水泵底閥漏水時，有些人會用干土填入到水泵進口管里，用水沖到底閥處，這樣的做法實在不可取。如有斷路、接觸不良、保險絲熔斷、缺相，應查明原因并及時進行修復。其次檢查是否是水泵自身的機械故障，常見的原因有：填料太緊或葉輪與泵體之間被雜物卡住而堵塞；泵軸、軸承、減漏環(huán)銹??；泵軸嚴重彎曲等。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽；拆開泵體清除雜物、除銹；拆下泵軸校正或更換新的泵軸。
