與平鍵聯(lián)接比較,花鍵聯(lián)接在強(qiáng)度、工藝和使用方面有下列特點(diǎn):在軸上與轂孔上直接而均勻地制出較多的齒與槽,故聯(lián)接受力較為均勻;因槽較淺,齒根處應(yīng)力集中較小,軸與轂的強(qiáng)度削弱較少。
