機(jī)用虎鉗的結(jié)構(gòu)及原理。機(jī)用虎鉗是機(jī)械加工中常用的裝夾機(jī)構(gòu),其結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。其主要工作原理:轉(zhuǎn)動方頭帶動絲杠,在螺母(通過緊固螺釘固定在虎鉗體上)的作用下,做螺旋運(yùn)動的絲杠帶動與之聯(lián)接的活動座沿絲杠軸線方向來回移動。
The structure and principle of machine vise. Machine vise is a common clamping mechanism in mechanical processing. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. The main principle: rotation of the lead screw nut in the square, (fixed in the vise body through a fastening screw) under the action of moving spirally driven screw connected with the movable seat to move back and forth along the screw axis.
機(jī)用虎鉗結(jié)構(gòu)缺點(diǎn)及使用中的隱患。機(jī)用虎鉗有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、夾緊力大、操作和維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。但由于其必須具有廣泛的適用性和操作的便捷性,其螺母與絲桿之間、活動座與虎鉗體之間存在著較大的配合間隙,導(dǎo)致在裝夾一些加工精度要求較高的產(chǎn)品時難以達(dá)到要求。
The structural shortcomings of the machine vise and the hidden danger in the use. The machine tool has the characteristics of simple structure, large clamping force, easy operation and maintenance. But because of its wide applicability and convenient operation, there is a large gap between the nut and the screw rod, the movable seat and the vice body, which results in the difficulty of meeting some requirements when clamping some products with high machining accuracy.
螺旋副的間隙大,旋轉(zhuǎn)時費(fèi)力,使用中穩(wěn)定性差。機(jī)用虎鉗開合行程大,螺旋副的運(yùn)行長度較長,為保證能夠快速裝夾,(金屬加工真不錯)機(jī)用虎鉗螺旋副的螺距較大。較大的螺距意味著較大的螺旋升角,轉(zhuǎn)動單圈進(jìn)給量較大,使用時較費(fèi)力;較大的螺距需要更大的配合間隙來確保螺旋副的正常使用。
The clearance of the helix pair is large, the rotation is hard and the stability of the use is poor. The machine has large opening and closing stroke, and the operation length of the screw pair is longer. In order to ensure quick clamping, metal machining is good. Larger pitch means larger spiral angle, larger single turn feed and more laborious use. Larger pitch needs more fit clearance to ensure the normal use of screw pair.
